The client came to us in 2014 with a problem: they wanted to reach more customers. We thought using social media was an excellent way to connect with potential clients, it offered a space to have a conversation, show work, and show the behind the scenes process on what it takes to make a project happen.
Over a multi-year project we've developed and managed the social media efforts of the company. They were one of the first company in their industry to have a strong social media platform.
We started by developing a Facebook page for the business and quickly discovered what resonated with their audience: the process and the work. So we built out their Facebook page, curating albums of project after project and their page took off like a rocket!
We developed a strong audience of people who were interested in the company and their product.
Further extending their digital prowess, we built a Houzz page, which is an industry standard, and an Instagram page, which has connected the business with local and global audiences.
A strong social media platform has put this business in front of hundreds of thousands of people they never would have otherwise reached. The company has been able to connect with customers in a more intimate way, so by the time clients visit the shop they already know the company and what they stand for.
The company now boasts a large percentage of revenue from clients who find them online.
